3. We administer your personal data for the purpose of realization of contracts – pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 point b of General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April, 2016.
4. Your personal data may be made available to the following entities:
   a) entities participating in realization of contracts
   b) banks
5. Your data will be processed during realization of purpose for which they have been collected and after completion for period of 6 years until limitation of actions which may apply to your person or, if processing of personal data is required, for suing damages or for protection against claims from opposite party, which constitutes legally justified interest of the data Administrator.
6. You have the right to access, amend and delete the data, to limit their processing, the right to transfer the data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.
7. The personal data are made available completely voluntarily however refusal to provide it may lead to refusal to conclude a contract.
